This video provides step-by-step guidance on how to record your continuing professional development (CPD) on the Research in Practice website and upload it to Social Work England.
CPD can range from attending a learning event to reflecting on a piece of research, listening to a podcast or using a practice tool – anything that has had a positive impact upon your practice and development.
Research in Practice learning resources enable you to make evidence-informed decisions and support you to continue to develop in your role. Anyone with an account can easily keep an ongoing record of their CPD by signing in and navigating to ‘Your CPD’.
